Payments & Invoices

Pay from your phone with any UPI app — the amount comes straight from your job card, the QR is generated fresh for each payment, and confirmation comes from the bank, not from anyone's word.

Paying by UPI

When your job is ready (or an advance is requested), open the job under Activity and tap Pay now:

1. xRAW creates a payment session The exact payable amount is read from your job card — you never type an amount, so there's nothing to mistype and nothing to tamper with.
2. Scan the QR or tap the UPI link A dynamic QR code appears — scan it with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. On your phone, tapping the button opens your UPI app directly with everything pre-filled.
3. Approve in your UPI app Check the name and amount, enter your UPI PIN, done.
4. xRAW confirms automatically When the bank confirms, the payment session flips to Success on its own, your job card is updated, and the receipt lands in your history.

How payment security works

• Bank-verified, always. Only the bank's confirmation can mark a payment as paid — no screenshot, message or button in the app can. If someone shows a "payment success" screenshot, xRAW still waits for the bank.
• Fixed amount. The payable comes from the job card's approved estimate (with GST, discounts and rounding already applied). The customer never types the amount.
• Sessions expire. Each QR is valid for a limited time. Expired? Just tap Pay now again for a fresh one.
• Everything is logged. Every step of every payment is recorded in the workshop's tamper-proof audit vault.

Other payment modes

Prefer to pay at the counter? The workshop records cash, card, bank transfer and cheque payments on your job card too. Every recorded payment shows in your payment history, and the job's balance updates in real time. UPI through the app is simply the fastest, self-service option.

GST invoices

Every delivered job produces a proper GST tax invoice — not a hand-written bill:

• Fully itemised — each service and part with quantity, rate, HSN/SAC code and GST breakup (CGST/SGST or IGST), plus discount and round-off shown transparently.
• Sequentially numbered per financial year — a real accounting document.
• Business-ready — if your profile carries a verified GSTIN, it appears on the invoice so you can claim input credit.
• Always available — the Invoices vault keeps every invoice for every vehicle, viewable in-app and downloadable as PDF, forever.
