Pickup & Drop
Can't come to the workshop? Request a doorstep pickup — a Rockstar driver collects your vehicle, the workshop does the work, and the car comes back to you. Every handover is OTP-verified and photographed.
Requesting a pickup
- Open Pickup & Drop From Home or the vehicle page, choose Request pickup (or Request drop when your vehicle is at the workshop).
- Choose vehicle, address and time Pick which vehicle, where to collect it, and your preferred window.
- Submit The workshop assigns a driver and you can watch the status move in real time. Changed your mind? You can cancel the request any time before pickup.
Tracking the request
A pickup & drop request moves through clear stages:

|---|---|
| Requested | Your request is in — the workshop is scheduling it. |
| Assigned | A driver has been assigned to your pickup. |
| Driver en route | The driver is on the way to your address. |
| Vehicle picked | Handover done (OTP verified) — your vehicle is with the driver. |
| In workshop | The vehicle has reached the workshop; the job begins. |
| Drop en route | Work done — the driver is bringing your vehicle back. |
| Delivered | Vehicle returned to you, OTP verified. |
| Cancelled | The request was cancelled (by you or the workshop). |

OTP-verified handover
Your vehicle only changes hands against a code that only you have:
- Pickup OTP — you share it with the driver when handing over the vehicle at your doorstep. No OTP, no pickup.
- Drop OTP — when the vehicle comes back, you confirm receipt the same way.
Photo evidence at every step
At pickup, the driver records the vehicle's odometer reading, fuel level and condition photos — and again at drop. Both sets are attached to the request, so the state your car left in and came back in is documented, not debated.
Good to know
Once the vehicle reaches the workshop, tracking continues seamlessly in the job journey — pickup & drop and the job card are linked end to end.
